Diphus Chosefu Chemorion (B.A., University of Nairobi, B.D., St. Paul’s University, MTh., Candler School of Theology, Emory University, DTh., Stellenbosch University) is an ordained Minister of the Gospel in the Reformed Church of East Africa. He is an Associate Professor of Old Testament and Translation Studies. Currently he serves as the Deputy Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs at Pan Africa Christian University as well as the Africa Hub Director of Equipping Christian Leadership in an Age of Science (ECLAS) at St. Paul’s University.

Paul is a passionate research leader with over 15 years' experience driving impactful, evidence-based solutions across Africa, with a mission to impact society positively through research. He has led and contributed to more than 20 research projects with NGOs, governments, and private institutions in Kenya, Uganda, Malawi, and South Sudan. As an expert in mixed methods, multi-county research, big data, impact evaluations, and policy development, Paul excels in interdisciplinary and high-impact studies. Currently, he is a Research Fellow at St. Paul’s University where he leads institutional and donor-funded projects while mentoring faculty and postgraduate researchers.

As the Office Manager at the ECLAS Office, Violet plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all administrative and support functions. She coordinate day-to-day office activities, manage communication and logistics, and provide vital support to project teams and stakeholders. With a strong focus on organization and professionalism, Violet helps maintain a productive work environment that supports the overall goals and impact of the ECLAS Africa project.
